Operation: Failure

Sorry, I haven't updated in a few days, I've been really busy.  So, I didn't lose the 10 pounds in 3 days.  I only lost the 1.8 which isn't a TOTAL failure because I at least lost something.  Also, I went to an amusement park today and it was REALLY hot outside so I'm thinking I burned a ton of calories walking around the park.
Good news about the boat party, though.  The weather got really bad so I didn't have to be seen in my swim suit.  YAY!!!
Also, I'm trying a new strategy. One that's worked for me in the past.  I'm going to consume some sort of food every 2-3 hours to kick start my metabolism.  I lost 15 pounds in the past using this strategy.  Even if its only a fruit or some veggies, as long as I eat something.  The reason I am doing this is because I think my body is getting comfortable with the current things I've been doing. I'm going to try to keep my caloric intake around 800 or less. I will continue to work out too.   However, when I get to around 140-145 I will start the 2-4-6 diet.  I will use the same strategy though, just consume the right amount of calories.
I hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend!

One more thing, thank you to all of those who offered advice about laxatives.  I really appreciate the insight!

  1. Congrats, 1.8 pounds is still a lot in 3 days! Eating something every few hours to keep the metabolism running is a really great idea, I think I might try it also! Good luck, you have my support!

  4. Your new method sounds like more a winner to me! And if you lose it a bit more slowly, it's more likely to stay off in the long run :)
    Congratz on the 1.8lb though!

  5. You're right, eating every 2-3 hours is great for your metabolism! That way your body is always burning something. I used to not eat breakfast, but breakfast is also very important to kick start the metabolism. That's great you almost lost 2 lbs in three days! I don't know how anyone could lose 10 in three days unless it was a ton of water weight. Hope you have a great week! ♥

  6. I so agree with you and the other girls that commented-- almost 2 pounds in 3 days is great, and the diet definitely wasn't time wasted! I wish I could see things as you- eating small portions every couple of hours is definitely a better idea than not eating anything at all and then eating everything you have in the refrigerator...

Best of luck with your plan, darling, I'm sure it will work out if you just stick with it!

Lots of love, and stay your strong, amazing and motivated self!

  8. Well done!!! The eating a piece of fruit or whatever every few hours is a great idea, when I went on holiday once I ate a tiny snack every 3 hours and I came back 4lbs lighter after a week so it does work!
