Yesterday's fast was successful. Today, I indulged a little and ate a breakfast of about 450 calories. I had chicken mini's from Chick-fil-a and a regular coke. Not too bad if I do say so myself. And then dinner is about about 240 calories. But after working out I'm at -60 calories. Yay! I love negative intake days!!!
My workout for today consisted of 3 different things. P90X, DDR, and playing in the rain. Yes, that's right, I went outside and played in the rain. Burned about 50 calories, but that's better than nothing. It was a lot of fun and it made me happy.
I only made it through half of a p90x video. It was a cardio one. Each video burns about 600 calories. So I only burned 300 there. But then I did the ab video and that burned 200 more. After that was some DDR (dance dance revolution). The video game has a workout mode so you can set how many calories you want to burn and it tells you when you've reached your goal. It's really cool!
