Hi everyone, now that Ive tried every fad diet under the sun I'm going to try something new. Everything in moderation and making healthier choices. I'm also going to stay away from the scale...at least on a daily basis. Maybe once a week? Who knows. I'm hoping I will see progress with this way. I know it won't be as fast, but maybe it will be a little more permanent. Right now I'm around 155 and I still have the goal of 125. I will keep you guys updated. I apologize there are no photos. I'm doing this from my phone. I hope everyone is doing well!
