Today my goal is to consume 600 calories or less. Hopefully less, but we'll see how that goes. Tomorrow I will fast. I'm actually looking forward to it since I screwed up this weekend.
Also, I don't know if you pay attention to my daily intake tab, but I'm not going to be updating that tab on the weekends because that's usually when I screw up.
So I know this isn't about me, but my mom and I have been working on losing weight together because she's taking me on a cruise at the end of the year, or the beginning of the next. She's going the weight watchers route. She's lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm so excited for her! Back-story on my mom. She used to be REALLY skinny, but then I asked her to quit smoking (because I wanted her to be healthy and I wanted to keep her around as long as possible because my mom is one of my best friends). Once she quit smoking she pretty much controlled her cravings by food and she gained over 70 pounds. I'm really happy for her weight loss. :)
On a side note, the homework I was telling you about, that had to be done by 6pm last night...well the teacher was grading us on it and going to put us all in groups of 5 to work together for the rest of the semester based on how we did on the homework. (I'm studying business so everything we do is in groups). My friend and I were upset because we really wanted to be together. We had a 16.68% chance (yes I like math) of being together and we actually got placed in the same group! This makes me really happy! Yesterday, was such a fabulous day :)
