Skinny Girl Diet Challenge

On Monday, my plan is to start a Skinny Girl Diet (SGD) challenge.  We will do it for the full 30 days.  I don't want to make this a competition, more of a challenge to motivate yourself and have people on board with you.  We will do a weigh-in on Monday (which is when the SGD challenge will start)  and then we will do a final weigh-in on July 7th, which is the day after the challenge ends.  We will also do a weekly weigh-in on Mondays and an update just to help keep people motivated.  Remember, you can eat as many veggies and fruits on this diet without having to count them on your calorie intake.


 Above is the SGD.  Please see the rules listed below the daily calorie intakes.  Also, the darker colors are for the weekends since we tend to eat more on the weekends.  If you are wanting to participate in this challenge let me know by commenting on this post.  I will be adding a page onto my blog that lists the SGD and all those that are participating.  I'm also thinking about posting everyone's progress on that page.  I'm hoping you want to join me with this.  Like I said before, just leave me a comment and let me know.  Also, let me know if you want your progress posted or not.

  5. What if you only eat fruit and veggies...what would you count? Would that be allowed?

  7. I would love to start the SGD with you!!! (Folks label is SGD for Skinny Girl Diet) I've tried it a few times but was unsuccessful. I want to try is yet again- and hopefully this time I will be able to do it the entire 30 days without messing up! I don't mind if you post my progress at all :).
