My new weight

I weighed in this morning and I was 158.4, yay!  Last Wednesday I weighed in at 161 so I've lost a total of 2.6 pounds.  I wanted it to be more, but, I think I messed it up by eating so much at that surprise party on Monday.  My goal for next Wednesday is to have lost 5 more pounds.  Hopefully, I can get there.

Of course it helps that I have amazing friends on here that help keep me motivated and are there for me when I need a friend.  I love you guys!

In other news, I've discovered that my gym has a class called Turbo Kick.  I'm going to try it out tonight.  If I make it all the way through, I will have burned around 500 calories!  Also, there's a Zumba class on Monday nights.  I'm really excited about the Zumba class.

@Skinnylove:  Weekends are really hard.  It's almost as if its a sub-conscious decision to eat more on the weekends.
