This morning I weighed in at 158.6. That's a 1.8 lb loss from yesterday. Not as much as I was hoping for, but at least it's a loss. I only had time to do half of a workout video this morning. So that was only 300 calories. I'll make up for it this afternoon with a couple more videos. I'm planning on doing the ab video and that will burn 200 calories and then the cardio video which will burn 600. Also, I'm babysitting tonight so I'll burn about 150 calories playing with the kids. My goal for today is to have at least a negative intake of 600 calories.
For breakfast this morning I had a slice of peanut butter toast. That's 185 calories. So far this morning, my intake is -115.
I will do another update on my Operation lose 10lbs in 3 days this evening. Also, that's a really long name, I'm going to call it OL10P3D :). I want to be 150 by Sunday, let's see if I can get there.
