Weigh in

I am going to post my weight once a week.  I weigh daily, but I'm sure you don't want to read about my daily weight change.  Tomorrow is day 1 of the ABC diet.  That means 500 calories or less. I think I'll stop by the gym also.  However, I hate working out. I get bored easily. Does anyone know of any workouts that help keep you entertained?


  1. Good luck on the ABC, I know you'll do great! I play tennis to exercise, burns over 550 calories in 2 hours, and it's enjoyable. Listening to music always helps. I hope you have a lovely day, stay beautiful!

  2. Playing a sport outside, hiking or walking with friends, jogging to techno music, and yoga are all fun!
