I went out to celebrate my friends 21st birthday this evening. During our celebration, her husband looked at me and said do you guys (me and my husband) want to come to my parents cottage for a little get together on Sunday? I said yes.
Then they start talking about taking the boat out on the lake (during the get together).
...wait...boat?...that means swim suit...umm....I'M STILL FAT!!!
But I had already said yes and I can't just be like "no I'm not skinny enough to come to your get together this weekend." Even though that's what I really wanted to say.
So anyways, I'm in dire need to lose 10 pounds by Sunday. Does anyone have any ideas for this? I know its probably too much in a short amount of time, but I'm desperate. I also know that I will still be fat in 10 pounds but its better then where I am now. I would appreciate any advice you guys have, thanks!
