Creeper Status

Has anyone had someone named Jason message you?  He messaged me saying that he trains girls to be skinny and that obviously my methods weren't working because I am still fat.  Hmph.  He's not my favorite person!

Do you follow?

I want to be skinny, but I'm soooo huge.  This makes me sad.  I used to wear anything I wanted and looked cute in it.  Now my clothes don't even fit.  I wear sweats all the time.  Then I feel fat and like a slob.  What's wrong with me?!?!  I drink these meal replacement shakes.  I'm thinking of only drinking 2 a day and having that as my meals for 2 weeks.  Thoughts?

Fatty McFatFat

That's the name I call myself when I look in the mirror.  "Hey you, Fatty McFatFat, when are you going to stop eating so much." 

So today was my weigh-in for the SGD. It was horrible, too embarrassing to even put on here.  UGH! Why am I so fat?  Wait, I know, its because of food!  I have a love-hate relationship with food.  I wish I were stronger, but I'm not.

Eat another burger, fatty!  Have another Coke!  Look at your rolls, fatty!  I can't wait until I'm skinny again! 

I hope everyone else is doing better than me because I pretty much suck!  I'm going to post some reverse thispo because that's what I feel like!

Running Plan

Sorry I've been neglecting all of you recently.  I've felt like I haven't had much to say.  I used to write daily, now I might write weekly.  I am also trying really hard to comment on blogs, please forgive me if I haven't commented on your blog lately.  I'm still reading, though, and I think all of you are lovely and are doing great!!

I created a running plan.  I figured the best way to convince myself to workout was to set a workout goal.  My goal is to run a 5k on Labor Day Weekend.  I will start next week and run half a mile everyday.  Each week I will add a half a mile onto what I am currently running.  This will have me up to 4.5 miles by Labor Day weekend so I should be able to easily run the 5k.  I'm going to FL in August with my best friend and I really don't want to look like a fatty in my swim suit.  UGH!

Week 2: Update

I weighed in for week 2 of the SGD.  I weighed in at 155.2.  I finally hit my second goal of 155. That was a 1.2 pound loss from last week, with a total of weight loss of 8.6 pounds lost in the last 2 weeks.  I love the SGD!!! YAY!! How is everyone else doing on the SGD?

SGD: Week 1 Weigh-in/Update

Sorry I haven't been updating much.  I've been super busy.  I also decided that during the SGD I would only weigh once a week; on Mondays.  So today I weighed in at 156.4.  Last Monday I was at 163.8.  I have lost a total of 7.4 pounds in the first week!!! How is everyone else doing?  Any updates?

I will say, though, that I haven't been working out like I should have.  I only worked out once last week and I don't think I even did it for 30 minutes.  That is where I need to improve.  My go-to food on this diet has been a rice cake with peanut butter.  That way I still get my protein.  Does anyone else have a go-to food?

Anyways, post your weight (so I can update the "SGD Challenge" page) and let me know how you're doing!  I'll post your responses on my next blog post to help keep all those involved motivated.

Skinny Girl Diet Day 1

Hi All!! That horrible food addiction

I ate SOOOO much food yesterday: cookies, pizza, doughnut, chocolate milk, regular soda, ice cream, etc.  It was like I was celebrating something, but no I just wanted to eat. I expected the weight gain to be horrendous, but it wasn't as bad as I thought, only .8 lb gain.  Weight gain is never good, but it definitely could have been worse.


I've had 3 people decide to join me on the SKD challenge:  Britni Marie, Megan Winters, and Ariana. If I missed your name please let me know. We are starting on Monday so you still have time to join.  If you're worried about going over the calories, the diet just calls for you to work off any calories that you go over the given amount. Thanks for those who have already joined!!

Skinny Girl Diet Challenge

On Monday, my plan is to start a Skinny Girl Diet (SGD) challenge.  We will do it for the full 30 days.  I don't want to make this a competition, more of a challenge to motivate yourself and have people on board with you.  We will do a weigh-in on Monday (which is when the SGD challenge will start)  and then we will do a final weigh-in on July 7th, which is the day after the challenge ends.  We will also do a weekly weigh-in on Mondays and an update just to help keep people motivated.  Remember, you can eat as many veggies and fruits on this diet without having to count them on your calorie intake.


 Above is the SGD.  Please see the rules listed below the daily calorie intakes.  Also, the darker colors are for the weekends since we tend to eat more on the weekends.  If you are wanting to participate in this challenge let me know by commenting on this post.  I will be adding a page onto my blog that lists the SGD and all those that are participating.  I'm also thinking about posting everyone's progress on that page.  I'm hoping you want to join me with this.  Like I said before, just leave me a comment and let me know.  Also, let me know if you want your progress posted or not.

Diet Tips: By You

As a disclaimer to this post, I want to say that these are not necessarily diet tips that I use.  These are diet tips sent in by you.  The tips posted in this blog are not to be assumed that they are condoned by me.

AJ:    My trick: I keep a punnet of safe fruits in the fridge, something like cherry tomatoes, grapes or blueberries. I frequently have this urge when I go in to the kitchen to eat something - ANYTHING - and because I have these safe foods (they are often called negative calorie foods as raw they take more energy to digest than they provide) I can steer clear of other things such as biscuits or bread as well as get some more vitamins in!

Ivy:   I brush my teeth after meals. It really helps me psychologically to switch modes from "eating" to "done eating." Also when my mouth feels fresh and clean I don't really want to eat more and mess it up!

Wings to Set me Free:   sometimes i purposely burn my tongue so things don't taste as good

Gianni:   I smoke and brush my teeth. Smoking helps eliminate my hunger and brushing my teeth makes me not want to eat. Exactly like Ivy said.

Brbneedtopiss:   I drink only tea. It really helps and it has no calories! It fills you up & you can have as many cups are you want!

HeatherMB:   I take nibbles of what i eat and after each bite i take a big gulp of water. this makes me feel full fast and keeps me refreshed.

~christy~:   My trick: i eat very slowly and take little bites of food, even if it's veggies. I also never salt my meal, i prefer spices.

Mia:   I drink tea or work out until i dont want to eat anymore.

Nichole S.:   I bring coffee with me everywhere I go. Sometimes tea, but more often coffee because it's bitter. If I think I'm getting hungry, I just take a few drinks and the bitter taste, like, completely wipes away the urge to eat.

Britni Marie:   It's been a while since I worked out, but I noticed if i started to feel hungry, and I worked out before I ate, my hunger would go away. and the majority of the time when you think you're hungry, you're actually thirsty for water.

Hollister Jeans

I have a pair of jeans that I bought a couple of years ago ONE size too small as motivation to lose the weight to get in them.  I STILL have yet to fit into these jeans.  My goal is be able to wear those jeans this summer. I have them hanging on my wall beside my bed as a constant reminder.


Also, I'm not doing a weight update this week because my time of the month started today which means I'm going to be bloated and weigh more. I didn't even step on the scale this morning.  I will do a weight update next Wednesday.


On a side note: What is one diet trick that ALWAYS works for you? I will post all diet "tricks" on my next blog post with your name beside it.
