Sorry I've been neglecting all of you recently. I've felt like I haven't had much to say. I used to write daily, now I might write weekly. I am also trying really hard to comment on blogs, please forgive me if I haven't commented on your blog lately. I'm still reading, though, and I think all of you are lovely and are doing great!!
I created a running plan. I figured the best way to convince myself to workout was to set a workout goal. My goal is to run a 5k on Labor Day Weekend. I will start next week and run half a mile everyday. Each week I will add a half a mile onto what I am currently running. This will have me up to 4.5 miles by Labor Day weekend so I should be able to easily run the 5k. I'm going to FL in August with my best friend and I really don't want to look like a fatty in my swim suit. UGH!
