Day 1

This morning I started out my 90 day challenge with a shake that's only 90 calories and tastes like a peanut butter cup! It was amazing!

Starting weight for this challenge is 155.  I also took my measurements but I don't have them right in front of me to give them to you but I will most definitely let you know my results.  I was looking through the recipe book of all the shakes you could make and there are over 300.  I think for my 2nd shake today I'm going to have key lime pie. I've never been so excited to be on a weight loss challenge!
