This morning I was 1.6 pounds down from yesterday :) I was totally psyched when I stood on that scale . I even stood on it like 4 times to make sure it was right. If I stick to my challenge and my shakes like I'm supposed to, it really works. I'm kinda worried now though, because I'm at the beach visiting friends and that means we're going to go out to eat tonight so I have to be able to control my self. I don't have a lot of self control when it comes to food. I don't want to ruin everything I just did!
My friend owns insanity, so we're going to do that later on. Hopefully that will help combat anything that I eat. I'm just hoping that I'm able to not eat like a little piggy.
In two weeks, we're going to visit my husbands family. We lived up there for around 2 years so I'll get to see some of my old friends as well. I'm hoping to be at least in the 140s by the time we leave to go there. I started my blog when we lived there....that's when I was around 165...I think I was only around 157-160 when we left. I really want people to look at me and say "have you lost weight?" That would be amazing. As of this morning I was 153.2, if I can lose 3.4 pounds, I would be happy. I'd love to lose more, though before we go. Maybe, 5-10 pounds.
