I need advice

Girls! I need your help! Can some of you help me with foods that are very low in calories and fat that I could eat?  I just want to make sure I keep foods around that I can eat to make sure I don't gain weight.  Please help!

  2. tofu noodles are 20 cals a baggy and u can never go wrong w/ vegan smoothi mix from whole foods its 120 cals but it fills u up and has a crazy amount of protine
