I just wanted to give everyone a quick update. My weight is around 154, which is 3 pounds lower than last time. Now before you jump to conclusions and say "HCG doesn't work like it is supposed to," let me give you some information. For the past week and a half I have literally been pigging out...a.k.a Mcdonalds, Burger King, Sports Bars, buffets, cupcakes, candy, etc. You name it, I have probably indulged in it the past week. Obviously, NOT the diet I am supposed to be sticking to with the HCG drops. On the days I ate upwards of 3,000 to 4,000 calories I did not gain one pound. I maintained the weight I was. This shows me that the drops DO work. Because if I were to eat that much without the drops, I would have gained 3-5 pounds. Yesterday I jumped back into eating like I am supposed to (for the most part) and I am already down a pound. So no, I probably won't lose 30 pounds in 30 days, but not because the drops don't work, but because I decided to eat like a pig!
