I ended up consuming veggies, hummus, and pita bread for dinner. This was around 275 calories. So I added some extra walking into my day. Also, instead of doing the p90x stretch video, I'm going to do a more hardcore workout. I'm going to repeat this morning's workout. In the end I will finish up with a negative intake. My intake will be -881 calories!!!
Also, I want to say thank you for all the motivation you guys are giving me. It helps push me more to reach my goal of 10 pounds in 3days. Thank you all for being there for me. We are a team!
