This morning I weighed in at 160.4, A GAIN!!! Anyways, that just means I need to work that much harder! I've already done my workout this morning. I did a p90x cardio video. I actually finished it so I burned 600 calories. For food I'm having a meal replacement shake so I can recover from my workout because p90x workouts are really hardcore. The shake is 180 calories. Tonight after class I'm going to do the p90x Stretch video. That one is pretty much stretching for an hour, but it burns 250 calories. That way I won't need a meal replacement shake. Total calories for today will be -650 calories! I will be doing 2-a-day workouts until Sunday. I will also be doing weight up dates everyday.

ReplyDeleteGood luck! If you feel like it, I would suggest going for a walk or something between your two workouts. Just for like 30-60 minutes. You'll burn an extra 125-255 calories if you walk at 3 mph.
