Yesterday I got to the gym at 5:30 and then I decided I wanted to do this yoga class that started at 7:45. Basically I did cardio until my yoga class. Anyways, I've only ever done one yoga class in my entire life and I absolutely loved it. I want to keep doing it! It is so fabulous! I felt really skinny doing it, is that weird? Also, I burned close to 1000 calories at the gym yesterday. It felt amazing. I'm pretty sure I ruined it today by eating Chipotle. Oh well, I am not going to stress about it because I have to do a lot of packing and moving so hopefully I will burn all of it off. How is everyone? I am trying to keep up with blogs but I'm not able to comment on everyone's so don't get mad at me, please :)
Isn't yoga great? It makes me feel so ... sane. Really, all exercise does. :)
