I will say, though, that I haven't been working out like I should have. I only worked out once last week and I don't think I even did it for 30 minutes. That is where I need to improve. My go-to food on this diet has been a rice cake with peanut butter. That way I still get my protein. Does anyone else have a go-to food?

awesome work! mine is not quite as good as I just got my period so it went up from what it was. But it's 167.6. So 2 and a half pounds so far. :D

I prefer it to peanut and it's much better for you! if you're in love with the peanuts try and go organic, they're one of the most sprayed foods. Stay healthy xxx

Damn, I'm very jealous. 7 lbs is great! I'm down to 122.5, so only a 2.5 lb loss, but it's something.

ReplyDeleteOh and on the go food, I like to use the "corn cakes" instead of ricecakes. They have way less calories and you can get them in yummy flavours. I like the cheese one. I think it has like 8 calories per slice. I can see if I find the name of the brand when I get home. :)

I have competition! XD. No, not really. Hopefully I'll be able to lose 7-ish in... my next weigh-in at 23rd of June. That's around 10 days from now...I'll more likely to lose 3 pounds or something. Just hoping I'd reach at least 145.
Hahaha. I know I shouldn't be saying my progression when I'm not on SKD but couldn't resist!
My go-to food is tea/coffee with milk/coffee mate. Always was! :D It's the quickest way to get a boost of energy and not really that fattening. :)
Wow, 7 lbs in a week!? That's freaking amazing! Way to go girl! Keep up that awesome work and you're going to reach your goal weight in no time! Some times it's hard to find time to exercise like you want since life has its way of becoming busy. I'm actually ashamed of what I weigh now, so many I can do my weig-in next Monday and give to you :).
